Calculer des logarithmes dont la réponse est un nombre rationnel (positif ou négatif) et la base une racine ou un nombre rationnel, sans la calculatrice.$$\log_{\sqrt[4]{10}}\left(\sqrt[6]{0.1}\right)$$
Ce calcul revient à se poser la question \(\sqrt[4]{10}\) puissance combien fait \(\sqrt[6]{0.1}\). En effet : $$ x=\log_{\sqrt[4]{10}}\left(\sqrt[6]{0.1}\right) \Leftrightarrow \left(\sqrt[4]{10}\right)^x = \sqrt[6]{0.1}$$D'une part : $$ \sqrt[6]{0.1} = \left(0.1\right)^{1/6} = \left(\dfrac{1}{10}\right)^{1/6} = \left(\dfrac{1}{10^{1}}\right)^{1/6} = \left(10^{-1}\right)^{1/6} = 10^{-1/6}$$D'autre part : $$ \left(\sqrt[4]{10}\right)^x = \left(10^{1 / 4}\right)^x = 10^{x / 4}$$Ainsi : $$10^{x / 4} = 10^{-1/6}$$ On en déduit donc que :$$\begin{array}{rcl|l} \dfrac{x}{4} & = & -\dfrac{1}{6}& \cdot 4\\ x & = & -\dfrac{2}{3}& \end{array}$$Autrement dit : $$\log_{\sqrt[4]{10}}(\sqrt[6]{0.1}) = -\dfrac{2}{3}$$
